How do I get to Atlanta?
The closest airport is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). For those traveling via automobile, Atlanta is at the convergence of I-20, I-75, and I-85.
Where else can I stay?
Please stay at the our hotel. The room rates are reasonable. Staying “on campus” will mean you won’t waste time commuting and won’t have to worry about traveling after partying. And we were able to get these great rates by committing to a certain number of rooms.
When should I plan to arrive in Atlanta?
You should arrive before dinner on Friday. If you are golfing, fishing, etc. on Friday morning, you should come in Thursday instead. You are, of course, free to come earlier or stay later. However, please note that our group rate is only valid for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
I can’t arrive until Saturday night. Can I still attend?
Oh, come for the whole spectacle! But if you really cannot arrive until Saturday, there will be Saturday-only dinner tickets available.
