Privacy Policy

We use your email, Slack, and Notion data strictly to verify your identity as a Georgetown Chimes alumnus. We do not sell your data, and we only use it to grant you access to the portal.

We use Clerk for authentication. Clerk sets strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. These do not require consent under GDPR. For more information, see Clerk’s privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. No cookies are used and no personal data is collected. For more information, see Cloudflare’s documentation.

Terms of Use

By signing in, you agree to the following:

  1. This portal is governed by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Georgetown Chimes Alumni Association, Inc.
  2. Access is for verified Chimes only. Do not share your login codes.
  3. Use this Directory to support your brothers professionally. Personal outreach is encouraged; mass-marketing, “scraping,” or spamming is strictly prohibited.
  4. Treat all alumni contact information as confidential.
  5. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time to preserve the harmony of the group.
